Astral-Tai chi – the series



Astral Tai chi consists of a fluent movement series (tai chi) and an exercise series (yoga).





fluent movement series



The ten minutes fluent movement series focuses on the opening of the inner star as a priority. Secondarily it opens the sun and the Mars*. The movie was made in 2016 in Gressoney-Saint-Jean. It shows the whole fluent movement series.

Freeing oneself from the hurts that it has gained as an experience and opening the inner star an above being** does Tai chi in spring. Forgiveness, strength and purity feature its movements. Finding itself far away from the humen it speaks with the cosmos.

All exercises of the Tai chi series are included in the series that is given in below. They aim at a warming up for the final fluent movement series.

1. star breathing


The motion sequence starts with hands that touch each other in front of the star while the practitioner looks to the cosmos. The sequence ends with the same posture.








2. opening of the star


The motion sequence starts with arms that are outstretched on the level of the star. It ends with the same posture.








3. forgiveness in past


The motion sequences consist of backward bendings where the inner star is stretched and opened as a priority.








4. hope & strength for the future


The motion sequences open and stretch the star. They also strengthen the sun.









5. empathy in the inner world & outside world


The motion sequences open and stretch the star with sideward movements.








6. infinite rise


The motion sequences open and stretch the star and the Mars.








7. balance


The motion sequences open and stretch the star in every direction. Simultaneously they strenghten the sun. The exercises imitate the cosmic symbol of the balance.
